How do you measure my roof without coming out?
From high-resolution satellite and aerial images: Google's Solar data maps the surface of each roof plane, including the pitch, so the number is the real roof area, not the house footprint. We confirm it on site before the written quote.
Why is it a range and not one price?
The final price depends on things a photo can't show: how much decking needs replacing, the exact product and color, the number of penetrations, and the city's permit requirements. The range covers our typical jobs for that size and system; the written quote after the free inspection is exact.
