Why remodel with a roofing company?
Because we were already the contractor you trusted with the most important part of the house.
Licensed general contractor
Remodeling is done under Florida general contractor license CGC1525978, not a handyman arrangement. Permits pulled, inspections passed.
The same crews and office
The team that has finished 2,000+ roofing, window and remodeling projects runs your kitchen: one project manager, one schedule, one number to call.
Written scope and price
Line-item scope, allowances for finishes you pick, and a schedule before we start. Changes are priced in writing before they happen.
Financing that fits
Kitchens and bathrooms don't qualify for PACE, so we offer GoodLeap and Service Finance loans from 9.99% APR, and we'll tell you up front which improvements PACE does cover.

Pergolas questions
Do I need a permit for a pergola?
In every South Florida county, yes. A pergola is a structure and must be engineered for wind load; we include the drawings, the permit and the inspection.
How long does installation take?
Two to four days on site once the permit is approved and the panels arrive. Manufacturing lead time is typically a few weeks.
Can it hold up to a hurricane?
It is engineered and anchored for the wind speed your county requires; that is what the permit certifies. Furniture and anything loose still needs to come in before a storm.
