PACE puts a hurricane-resistant roof or impact windows on your property-tax bill with no credit score and a fixed rate for 10–20 years. GoodLeap and Service Finance offer monthly loans from 9.99% APR over 5–20 years for any project, kitchens and baths included, with options for lower credit scores.
What would my payment be?

Straight answers
How much does a new roof cost in South Florida?
It depends on size, pitch, material and how much decking needs replacing, so we quote after a free inspection. As a rule of thumb shingle is the least expensive per square, tile and metal the most, and metal or tile the cheapest to own over 40 years. The written quote is exact and yours to keep.
How long does it take?
Most homes take 3–7 working days on site once the permit is approved; permits take 1–4 weeks depending on the city. Shingle roofs are often done in 1–2 days.
Will my insurance company require a new roof?
Many Florida insurers won't renew on roofs older than 15–20 years. A new roof with a wind-mitigation report usually lowers the premium and keeps you insurable. We provide the documents your agent asks for.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes: Florida Certified Roofing Contractor CCC1331964 and Certified General Contractor CGC1525978, both verifiable at the Florida DBPR, with full liability and workers' comp.
Do you finance?
Three ways: PACE on the property-tax bill with no credit score (roofs and impact windows), or GoodLeap and Service Finance loans from 9.99% APR over 5–20 years for any project, including kitchens and baths. $0 down on all three.
